The Skywind mod would have been dead long before now had it not required a copy of Morrowind to play. The fact that it requires a copy of Morrowind and a copy of Skyrim to play is why they haven't received a C&D yet. Is it using some of the textures or files from the original game? I thought that was illegal to do, since Morroblivion got into some serious heat when Bethesda looked into it.
